- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Getting through to actually speak to someone on the phone was very difficult. I tried over the course of a week, and left a message and my call was never returned. Appointments cannot be cancelled by voice mail, which was very inconvenient since it was so difficult to speak to an actual person. I was finally able to book an appointment, but the cleaning had to be split into 2 different appointments because they are in the midst of moving to a new location. I ended up cancelling after all the hassle, just to book and reschedule has taken such a long time because of the poor communication system and inability to get through via phone.November 27, 2016by Tianne Baker
