- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Has gotten much better. I'll be honest, the customer service was not the best at the front desk the last few times I had been in there. But today there was a gentleman named Dan working the front desk. He made me feel like he was genuinely concerned for my wife and completely changed the atmosphere from anxious to relaxed. Which is hard to do with my wife. Dan also seemed much more engaged and helpful than previous receptionists here. In all sincerity I will probably come back mainly because of the change in employees. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Even though my wife had a perfectly acceptable (to them) insurance plan, this clinic would not see her because she also has Medicare Part A, which covers hospitalizations only. I find this policy of denying treatment to be truly reprehensible. I'm amazed they get away with calling themselves doctors. And Clinic: I hope your smug reply goes beyond "Oh, we're so sorry you had a bad experience, please call our Administrative Offices." - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Incredible experience. I went in for an occupational screening without knowing what to expect. It's a thorough and time consuming process which turned out to be a really enjoyable experience. Gracie was fantastic. Professional, competent, knowledgable, and very comfortable to be around, like an old friend. She educated me on everything we were doing and also made me laugh harder than I have in a long time. Being thorough, as I said, the process took a couple of hours and I was very appreciative of her to make it fun.
